Neolith Thesize Library - Casa Decor 2026
The Neolith TheSize Library, designed by Personal K in Madrid in 2026, was conceived as a space where architecture, interior design, and sensory experience converge to create a unique environment. Designed as a place of inspiration, encounter, and knowledge, this project stands out for its integration of advanced acoustic solutions capable of improving environmental comfort without sacrificing a contemporary and sophisticated aesthetic.
For this project, Ideatec Advanced Acoustic Solutions provided a comprehensive proposal based on the Idealux FL PET and Acoustic Islands systems, solutions developed to optimize the acoustic quality of open and shared spaces, where communication and user well-being are fundamental aspects.
The interior design, developed by Personal K, presents an elegant and functional space in which materials, textures, and lighting generate an immersive atmosphere. Within this concept, acoustic conditioning becomes an essential tool for enhancing the spatial experience and fostering a more comfortable and balanced environment.
The installation of Idealux FL PET, manufactured from recycled PET materials, also adheres to sustainability and responsible design criteria. This system reduces reverberation and improves sound absorption in interior spaces, contributing to a more tranquil and pleasant environment for visitors. Its integration into ceilings provides visual continuity and a clean aesthetic, perfectly aligned with the project's design philosophy.
Complementing this solution, the Acoustic Islands incorporate an architectural element of great visual and functional value. Strategically suspended in the space, they directly influence sound propagation, reducing acoustic reflections and improving speech intelligibility. At the same time, they generate visual dynamism and help define different areas within the library without the need for physical partitions.
Located in Madrid, this project reflects the growing importance of integrating sustainable acoustic solutions in spaces dedicated to culture, the exhibition of materials, and professional interaction. The combination of interior design, technical innovation, and environmental responsibility makes this intervention an example of how acoustics can be an active part of contemporary architecture.
The Neolith TheSize Library by Personal K demonstrates Ideatec's ability to develop acoustic solutions that enhance both the functional performance and aesthetic experience of spaces. This project showcases how sustainability, design, and acoustic comfort work together to create more efficient, inspiring environments, ready for the needs of the future.
