The project developed for the Adidas Group offices in Chile in 2016 represents an acoustic intervention oriented toward improving functionality and sound comfort in a dynamic and highly demanding corporate environment. In modern offices linked to international companies, acoustic quality is an essential element in promoting productivity, optimizing communication, and creating healthier and more efficient workspaces.

In this intervention, Ideatec Advanced Acoustic Solutions implemented the Standard 32 system, an acoustic solution designed to reduce reverberation and improve sound absorption in corporate interior spaces. The action allowed for the optimization of the acoustic behavior across different work areas, contributing to more balanced and comfortable environments for employees and collaborators.

The main challenge of the project was to address open-concept offices, where constant interaction between teams and high foot traffic generate significant levels of ambient noise. These configurations, common in contemporary corporate spaces, require acoustic solutions capable of improving speech intelligibility and minimizing sound distractions without affecting the flexibility of the space.

The application of the Standard 32 system effectively controlled reverberation in work areas and common spaces, favoring an environment better suited for concentration and collaboration. Thanks to its technical performance, this acoustic solution provides effective sound absorption in medium and high frequencies, improving the overall environmental quality of the space.
