Lixa coffee shop

The project developed at Lixa Coffee Shop in Warsaw in 2022 focuses on improving acoustic comfort in a contemporary dining space, where the customer experience depends not only on design and gastronomic quality but also on the sound environment. In urban cafes and coffee shops, acoustic control is fundamental to creating pleasant spaces that favor conversation, dwell time, and user well-being.

In this intervention, Ideatec Advanced Acoustic Solutions implemented the Pro 8 system, an acoustic solution designed to reduce reverberation and improve sound quality in high-occupancy interior spaces. The action allowed for the optimization of the venue's acoustic behavior, generating a more balanced and comfortable environment for both customers and staff.

The main challenge of the project consisted of addressing a space with reflective surfaces, high foot traffic, and constant noise derived from the daily activity of a modern cafe. These types of environments typically present high levels of ambient noise, which affects speech intelligibility and can reduce the perception of comfort.

The application of the Pro 8 system allowed for the effective absorption of reflected sound within the space, reducing the reverberation effect and improving the overall acoustic experience. In addition to its technical performance, the solution had to be integrated coherently with the interior aesthetics of the venue, maintaining the contemporary and welcoming character of the architectural design.

The project was executed by Modern Classic, ensuring a precise installation aligned with the technical requirements of the space. The coffee shop, located in Warsaw, reflects a growing trend in hospitality design: incorporating acoustic solutions as an essential part of the customer experience.

The intervention not only improves the sound quality of the establishment but also contributes to generating a more relaxed and functional environment, encouraging users to stay longer and optimizing working conditions for the staff. In dining and hospitality spaces, acoustics directly influence the global perception of the atmosphere and the level of visitor satisfaction.

This project reinforces Ideatec's ability to develop acoustic solutions adapted to commercial and dining spaces, combining technical performance, aesthetic integration, and environmental comfort.
