Romeu Group Offices

The project developed at the Grupo Romeu offices, located in the Port of Valencia, in 2023, represents an acoustic intervention oriented toward improving sound comfort and functionality in a contemporary corporate environment. In modern offices, especially those linked to high-activity logistics and business sectors, acoustic quality has become an essential element in promoting productivity, communication, and user well-being.

In this intervention, Ideatec Advanced Acoustic Solutions implemented the Idealux FL system, applied as an acoustic solution for the building's interior ceilings. This system is designed to optimize sound absorption and reduce reverberation in workspaces, improving speech intelligibility and decreasing the ambient noise generated by daily activity.

The main challenge of the project was to create acoustically balanced spaces within offices featuring open-plan areas, meeting rooms, and collaborative zones, where sound control is fundamental to ensuring an efficient work environment. The presence of reflective surfaces and constant interaction between teams necessitated a solution capable of integrating functionally and aesthetically within the interior design.

The interior design project was developed by María Castellet, proposing contemporary, luminous workspaces focused on employee well-being. In this context, the integration of the Idealux FL system maintained a clean and elegant architectural image while simultaneously providing high acoustic performance.

The installation was carried out by Brico Algar S.L., guaranteeing a precise execution adapted to the project's technical needs. The offices, situated in the strategic environment of the Port of Valencia, required a durable and efficient solution that responded to the demands of a dynamic corporate setting.

The incorporation of Idealux FL contributes to reducing auditory fatigue, improving concentration, and optimizing communication between users, generating a more comfortable and professional atmosphere. In addition to its technical features, the system adds aesthetic value to the space thanks to its discreet integration into the interior design.

This project reinforces Ideatec’s experience in developing acoustic solutions for high-demand offices and corporate spaces. The work at the Grupo Romeu offices demonstrates how acoustic conditioning can significantly improve environmental quality and the work experience in contemporary business environments.
