Spin Master offices

The project developed at the Spin Master offices in Madrid in 2022 represents a comprehensive acoustic intervention aimed at improving sound comfort and environmental quality in a creative and dynamic workspace. In contemporary offices, especially those linked to innovative and collaborative sectors, acoustics play a fundamental role in fostering concentration, communication, and team well-being.

In this intervention, Ideatec Advanced Acoustic Solutions implemented a combination of acoustic solutions consisting of the Idealux FL, Moss, and High 16 systems, tailored to the different functional and aesthetic needs of the interior spaces. The integration of various systems allowed for the creation of acoustically balanced environments while maintaining a modern and creative visual identity.

The architectural project was developed by Destudio, opting for a flexible, open office design oriented toward collaborative work. These types of spatial configurations present significant acoustic challenges due to constant user interaction, the presence of open areas, and the coexistence of multiple simultaneous activities.

The application of Idealux FL improved sound absorption in the ceilings, reducing reverberation and optimizing speech intelligibility in work areas and meeting rooms. Meanwhile, the High 16 system provided complementary acoustic solutions to enhance sound behavior on various interior surfaces, favoring a more comfortable and balanced acoustic experience.

One of the most unique elements of the project was the incorporation of the Moss system, which combines acoustic conditioning and biophilic design through integrated plant surfaces. This solution provides not only sound absorption but also a visual and emotional component that improves the perception of the workspace and contributes to creating more pleasant and healthy environments.

The offices, located in Madrid, reflect a new way of understanding corporate spaces, where acoustic well-being and interior design are part of the same architectural strategy.
